2025 SO Athletics (Track & Field) Registration

SPECIAL OLYMPICS ATHLETICS (Track & Field)

Athletes ages 8 and up who are interested in competing in track and/or field events are invited to register.

Zoom meeting: Thursday, February 6 at 7:00PM. The link for the meeting is in the email. Even if you are only interested in more information, I encourage you to attend. 

Roster: Will be limited to 30 Athletes on a first come, first served basis. Athletes returning from the 2024 season will be guaranteed their spot for the new season. If we reach 30, a waiting list will be created also on a first come, first served basis.

Practice: Once a week on Wednesdays based on venue availability and weather-permitting, 4:45-6pm on 2/26 & 3/5, then 5:45-7pm the rest of the season at Minooka Jr High Track & Field. (Off the corner of Ridge Rd & McEvilly Dr in Minooka, between Minooka Intermediate and Minooka Jr High) TRANSPORTATION TO PRACTICES IS EVERYONE'S OWN RESPONSIBILITY. Ride sharing can be worked…
